Question
Chapter 3.2, Problem 5CYP
Summary Introduction
To explain:
Why a smaller resolving power (RP) value is preferred to a larger one and what it means if the resolving power is 1.0 µm.
Introduction:
Resolution or RP is the capacity of an optical system to distinguish two closely placed objects from one another. Microorganisms are extremely small and very close together. Seeing them with clarity is possible only if they can be resolved by the microscope’s lenses.
