  2. Avoiding ill habits: Drinking and smoking increases the chances of many cancers and other cardio vascular diseases. By avoiding these, a person may increase the chance of being healthy.
  3. Practicing hygiene and cleanliness: there are many diseases caused by ignorance of cleanliness and hygienic practices. By keeping a good environment around you many bacterial infection can be avoided and it also gives inner calmness.
  4. Time to time diagnosis: A complete health checkup at regular intervals may help in detection of different abnormalities, which can avoid severe damages to the body.
