Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
When any two objects fall from the same height, in absence of air drag, both the objects would have same acceleration (acceleration due to gravity) and would reach the ground at the same time irrespective of their shape, mass and size.
In the presence of air resistance, both balls would not reach the ground at the same time. This is because air resistance depends on the shape, size, mass and velocity of the objects and always acts in the opposite direction of motion. Thus, the ball which is filled with water will reach the ground first and the ball which is filled with air attains the terminal velocity first.
