Case summary:
AP hospital is one of the largest hospital for children and women in the U.S. They provide a wide range of hospital services such as neonatal, pediatric intensive care, high-rish pregnancy cases and others.
They have asked the customers to rate the care they service in their hospital. The hospital consistently scores in the top 10% of the overall satisfaction scores of all the hospitals. The combined effort of the management and the employees are the reason for these results.
