Explanation of Solution

A group of tasters will be selected and the French fries obtained from the preparation methods will be randomly given to them in a random order so that they do not know how the French fries they are eating were prepared. They will be asked to rate the color and the flavor of the French fries on a scale of $1-10$ . The average scores for each preparation method can be determined in this manner.

Each taster can draw numbers $1-3$ from a hat. The order in which they draw these numbers will be the order in which they taste the French fries.
