We know that corresponding side of similar blocks are proportional,

  $\begin{array}{l}\frac{Sandwick}{Elmwood}=\frac{X}{80m}\\ \frac{400}{320}=\frac{X}{80}\\ X=\frac{32000}{320}=100m\\ \frac{Sandwick}{Elmwood}=\frac{Y}{100m}\\ \frac{400}{320}=\frac{Y}{100}\\ Y=\frac{40,000}{320}=125m\\ \frac{Sandwick}{Elmwood}=\frac{Z}{140m}\\ \frac{400}{320}=\frac{Z}{140}\\ X=\frac{56,000}{320}=175m\end{array}$
