The theory that explain the behavior of the particles in gasses.
Answer to Problem 33R
The kinetic theory of gas explains the behavior of the particles in gases.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
The particle in the gaseous phase moves randomly and vibrates about some position because the molecular force of the attraction between the particles is very less.
The particles in the gas phase remain always in motion and never become stationary, so particles in gaseous phase possess some speed always. Every particle consists certain amount of the kinetic energy due to the motion of the particle. So, the behavior of the particle in gasses explained by the kinetic theory of the gasses.
Conclusion:
Thus, the kinetic theory of gas explains the behavior of the particles in gases.
