The genetic disorders are the hereditary diseases that are passed on to the offspring by the parent's gene. Some genetic disorders are caused due to the mutations in the DNA strands. Such defects are inherited only if they appear to be in the germline. Examples of genetic disorders are Tay-Sachs disease, Huntington's disease, and Sickle cell anemia.
