Introduction:
The interaction between DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) and protein can be studied either by EMSA (electrophoretic mobility shift assay) or by DNase I foot printing technique. This technique uses DNase I enzyme for cleaving the DNA and forming several fragments, which are then put under electrophoresis.
