Reason for correct option:

Ethers have general formula of ROR.  This means the two “R” groups can be identical or different also.  The main functionality in ether is that the oxygen atom has to be bonded to two hydrocarbon groups.  Constitutional isomerism is possible in ether and it depends on partitioning of carbon atoms between two alkyl groups and the isomeric possibilities for the individual alkyl groups.  The alkyl groups is said to be a two carbon alkyl group and a four carbon alkyl group.  The various possibilities of isomeric ethers are shown below,
