Ways of Social Media (SM) is changing today:

Nowadays, billions of users’ use social media around the world. Users use it for personal relationship, at work, entertainment and also for studies. Growing of SM is not just changing the way of communication, it change the way of users business, the way of users are governed, and the way of users live in society.

Some of the ways of SM is changing today are as follows:

• In industries, SM is going from a “nice to have” to a required component of any corporate policy.
• SM platforms may be the banks of the upcoming years.
• SM is trembling up public health and healthcare.
• SM is helping the user in better respond to disasters.
• SM is helping the user challenge some of the world’s greatest challenges, from human rights destructions to climate change.
• SM is changing how the users govern and are governed.

Management challenges when controlling employees in 2026:

Management means to organize, plan, and control, how an organization accomplish any of these functions to the employees. An organization will know that social media is the life of most of the employees in an organization, but an organization want to control the usage of SM among employees in a work place.
