Chapter 13, Problem 39RQ
Summary Introduction
To review:
The end product of photosynthesis when H2S (hydrogen sulfide) is the source of hydrogen atoms.
Introduction:
Enzyme regulated anabolic process by which anorganic compound is produced with the help of carbon dioxide, water, and sunlight within the chlorophyll-containing cell is called photosynthesis. Green plants and other organisms use H2O (water) to generate oxygen as the by-product. Some bacteria show anoxygenic photosynthesis that uses H2 S.H 2S is a colorless, poisonous, corrosive, and flammable chalcogen hydride gas thathas awful smell of rotten egg.
