Explanation of Solution

Introduction:

Reflex cameras are first used in the middle of 1800’s. Reflex camera is a type of camera in which mirror is used to direct the light rays entering the lens of the camera to fall on the viewfinder or on the viewing screen. While using the reflex camera, the mirror should be raised in order to permit the light ray entering the camera into the sensor or film (photographic medium) to obtain the image of the object.

The camera’s reflex mirror in the camera helps in diverting the image to the prism, so that the photographer views the image of a person before taking the photograph of the person.

When the photographer press the shutter release button, the camera’s reflex mirror move away and the lens of the camera focuses the image onto the film of the camera or the photo detector.
