The increasing order of basicity of anions is to be stated.

Basicity is the availability of electron pair. The more the electron pairs are available, more the electron pairs can be donated, stronger the base will be. On moving left to right in a period, the basicity decreases as the tendency of atoms to gain electron increases. Basicity is also affected by the s character, that is, hybridization. The more the s character, less is the basicity.
