Case Summary:
An educational business institute plans to organize the commencement ceremony in the University’s indoor space facility. The university permitted the institute to use this facility only for six hours starting at 11 AM just after the completion of another commencement ceremony being hold by another institute of engineering. Just after the completion of the commencement ceremony of the business school, the institute of arts will take the charge of the same place for their function.
