Steamed food is easy to digest and are having more nutrients intact.

Explanation of Solution

There are several reasons why one should prefer steamed food it is easy to digest than the food which is fried.It has more nutrients all the vitamins and minerals do not break down or get destroyed.The bacteria get killed by the temperature of the steam.

Steam food contains lower fats as it is steamed it have water molecule intact.

In the boiled vegetables, the essential nutrients get thrown out from the vegetables with the water in which the vegetables get boiled. So, he boiled vegetable does not contain sufficient healthy nutrients.

Conclusion:

Therefore, steamed food is easy to digest and are having more nutrients intact.
