Explanation of Solution
As per the recommendation of the USSD one should include the bread, meat, vegetables, fruits in the daily diet. The food containing the carbohydrate is given the highest propriety in the food pyramid. There are two types of carbohydrates- Digestible(starch and sugar) and Non-digestible(dietary fibers). Dietary fibers are of two types-water soluble and water insoluble. These fibers help to keep the food moving in the large intestine so that digestion will take place properly. The Digestible(starch and sugar) is helpful for the small intestine to maintain the cholesterol level in the body.
