Introduction:

A female agouti mouse(obese mouse with yellow-colored coat), heterozygous for coat color(genotype ${\text{A}}^{\text{vy}}\text{a}$ ), was matedwith a male mouse having recessive genotype, aa for coat color. It was observed that offspring produced had coat colors ranging from yellow to pseudoagouti (brown). However, when this pregnant mouse( ${\text{A}}^{\text{vy}}\text{a}$ ) wassupplemented with BPA, then the coat color of offspringshifted toward yellow.
